Want a great value for recycling your old computer tower or monitor, laptop or television? Check out Green Halloween at ValleySCARE.  On September 27th and 28th from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. at ValleySCARE in Shakopee offers up an incredible eWaste recycling event.
